Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Learning Camp, operated by The Trellis Studio LLC(“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Learning Camp.

1. Who may use Learning Camp

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You are responsible for your account, for supervising your child's use, and for the information you enter. Children may use the app only under your account and supervision.

2. Accounts

Keep your login credentials and parent PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@learningcamp.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Learning Camp offers paid subscriptions (for example, $6.99/month or $71.99/year). Current pricing is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing area; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service;
• use the app in any unlawful way or on behalf of anyone other than your own family, except under a separate written agreement with us.

5. Our content

The app, including its questions, artwork, characters, and software, is owned by The Trellis Studio LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your family's own non-commercial learning.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Learning Camp is an educational aid provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee particular learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Trellis Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
